Close to bars etc, but totally peaceful at night. - The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly. The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

  If you are looking for a cozy home atmosphere, Rooms Matea is exactly for you. Our apartment was always clean. Towels and bedlinen were regularly changed. It took us about 10 min to go to the Old city and 15 min to the port Gruz. There are a lot of big supermarkets and good restaurants in about 10 min distance from the hotel. - It's a little bit ... 别人怎么说 » like living with a family, they were all really friendly, at the last day they drove us to the bus station. The room was big, clean, and smelled good, even the view was breathtaking.

Heads-up: The house number - A fantastic place to stay in dubrovnik! Anka and her family were so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfortable and the location was amazing. There was no parking at the hotel itself but anka has a friend who lets her guests use her parking for a much reduced rate so that wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay here again.
