1. Cost - much cheaper alternative to getting a suite at a hotel close by. 2. The owners/managers were great and very friendly 3. The villa itself was very clean and its ammenties were very modern. 4. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the place despite some minor dissatisfactions. Very clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location. Close enough to walk into the old town, but also a sufficient distance away from the hustle and bustle. The owners were very helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport.
