The apartment was next to a large shopping mall and a 5-10 minute walk to the city center. The woman in charge (I forgot her name, sorry) was very kind and helpful, she explained almost all things we had to see in Zadar and recommended a great pizza place with a great view. The studio is a short walk away from the old town, but definitely is a good option if you come by car (as parking in the old town can be difficult), and the value for money is high!
