  First off, we were greeted by Mario who also works at the Villa Kaleta restaurant. He was extremely nice, he helped carry my suitcase a long way, showed us our room, made sure we had the wifi password and gave us a quick intro to Trogir.   The hotel has private parking which is very important in Trogir. It's located near the main street, very close to the market and to the bridge to the old town (5 minutes walk). Everything in the hotel is new, clean and pretty. Furniture is modern and there is enough space in the room and in the bathroom. The owner - I suppose - was waiting for us till midnight and he was so polite a - I decided to stay in Trogir, instead of Split for my very early flight from Split airport at 6.15am. (From Split it is about 20-25km and from Trogir, it is less than 10km to the airport). The hotel arranged a local taxi for me and It was less than a 10min taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is very modern and clean and less than 5 min. walk to the old town of Trogir.
