  前台服务态度差 且不尊重客人 - The executive lounge. The personnel was very well trained and always smiling and helpful. They were even checking if the taxi driver is giving the right amount of change. - Comfortable, clean, sofisticated for those who get access to VIP LOUNGE, good staff.
