Excellent location for Hongqiao airport. Very comfortable rooms which were quiet and well appointed
The message about having a late checkout on the last day clearly did not make it to the cleaners, as they constantly knocked on the door wanting to get in and clean the room.

Taxi waiting time is somehow longer than the standard time in other hotels
A very comfortable room in all ways, bed, bathroom etc. the pool was gorgeous, not crowded and great temperature. Also liked the spa before swimming. Loved the welcome plate of fresh fruit, chocolates and bottle of red wine.
Only booked for 1 night. Would've liked to have stayed longer.

the taxi was too demanding by the hotel staff and seem they have under-table return private policy
1. Spacious room. Comfy. 2. Wifi for two devices were inclusive for my room/ package.
1. Bed is too soft. 2. No window in the room and the room is too dry and warm in November even after switching of the aircon. Setting it at cooling fan doesn't help either. 3. Based on what is offered in the breakfast buffet, 200RMB (++) per head is over-priced.
Room was nice - modern feel - very spacious
Climate control - despite cool weather outside the room was way too warm due to exposure to the sun - no a/c despite thermostat w/ cooling option
