Hotel is very comfortable and staff is helpful and accommodating. Good English support for those that do not speak Chinese. The comfort and design of the rooms are OK. Hotel's location is very inconvenient. Close to airport/train station, but does not provide easy access to the city for tourism. The fastest way was to pay for a cab to the nearest subway stop at the train station. Hotel's location in what appears to be a gated community made it difficult for cab drivers to find. Had I not had the Mandarin to give my drivers directions on where to turn, they would not have found it based on the address alone.
