This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality. Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food. Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

  Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff, plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your first language. Buffet food caters for more or less every taste and is generally top quality, also not dear, by western standards at least. - The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs. Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful.
