  I stayed during my business trip, and everything was almost perfect. Free shuttle service to Canton Fair and back, very good breakfast (although I'm vegan, I surprisingly had plenty of options, different fruits every day, and good coffee). Nice and big rooms with all the facilities ever needed during a short stay. Friendly staff. Two Macs in the lobby - Check in staff were warm and friendly and treat customers on a personal note. The location is central to shopping and digital plaza. Ideal for the dotcoms. Rooms well equipped and really it felt like home away from home. Breakfast was well presented,but little choice for the vegetarian . The sauna/jacuzzi and steam room a little disappointing as no towels are provided and no attendants in the spa centre.

  Our contact Paul was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Location was very good in relation to shops, restaurants and bars.   We did not no what to expect because the reviews were or excellent or really bad. But really nice place to stay. Huge room, everything perfect. There was still construction going on, but only in the lobby so no problem for us on the 15th floor. Internet was perfect and they were very friendly at the reception.
