  the staff and the comfort. it was by far the nicest hotel i stayed at since in China. the location is good too - close to the Islamic quater and the Bell and Drum tower. I would recommend it to anyone who cares about comfort and is ready to pay a little extra for comfy beds, fast internet and great room service.
