The hostel has a great location, a bit off the main buzz but in perfectly walkable distance and in a nice street with lots of street food options that open late. I was only one of 2 westerners staying there (as far as I could tell) but I really loved all the chinese kids that were staying there, a mostly fashion-conscious crowd who would play guitar or work on their laptops in the home hostel's very nice cafe/bar. i really appreciated the wifi throughout - it was among the fastest connections .

The location of this hotel is very good ,it is in the real Beijing Hutong,if you have enough time you can go around nearby Hutong freely, I am sure you can enjoy it very much.
price is good enough. Location is good for public transportation.
Most people I found there spoke English. People is friendly. It is close to the subway and to some interesting places. There are many restaurants very close. La mayoría de personas que encontré hablaban en inglés. Encontré también un par de personas con las que pude hablar español. Está cerca de una estación de subway y hay varios restaurantes muy cerca.

Location is good, near to the old Hutong area and some tourist attractions.

i think the room could have used some decor - at least a photo or a poster on the wall. it was lacking the charme that the rest of the place exuded.
toilet.
It's a little disordered. Lack of ventilation at the rooms.
reception's working efficiency is quite low ,and not as good as i think . beijing heyuan youth international hostel is much better , at least is suitable for the foreigners i think.
1)The drainage system in the toilet is very bad, so the floor is always wet. 2)The room is near to the lobby bar, it's noisy during night. 3) The room and the bed sheet is not clean enough, smell musty, layers of dust on the window frame.
I was in the courtyard room, metal doors to noisy, aircondition goes only from 7pm to 7 am. Aircondition controler only organised by the receptionist.
Despite the reservations that they could not find at the beginning, it turned out that they had no room available for us. Incompetent staff. Reception very dirty.
