  The hotel is located in Cerro Concepcion the most ideal location for tourists as this area has many restaurants cafes, shops and art and craft galleries. One of Valparaiso's best restaurants is only a short walk from the hotel. The staff - Amazing staff, very talkative and genuinely interested in their guests having a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe stay. Location very good - on Cerro Concepción, so close to great restaurants and sights, but located in an alley off the main street, so a little quieter at night. LOVED my stay - lovely space and design - cant say enough good things about it

The staff welcomed us and, as we had arrived before our room was ready, they ensured we were comfortable in their lounge with fresh tea and coffee while our room was finished.   Stayed in Nov 2013 as a couple where we had an amazing time. The staff (especially Daniella) is knowledgeable, always available and all speak good english. We had room #2 who's spacious and very clean. We truly enjoyed the breakfast with real fresh juices.
