  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

  This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests.   We stayed at the small studio on Nueva Providencia No 1372 for two weeks in Oct-Nov 2013. The 21st floor apartment was clean and suitable for two of us.
