  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

  Location and service was very good. Walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful - Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

  We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The metro station is right outside the hotel and easy to use, with the city centre beng only a few stops away.   We had a very nice apartment at an excellent location, walking distance from Cerro Sta. Lucia and Lastarria. There was a swimming pool for residents which we were also allowed to use, as well as the laundry service.
