  Wow! My husband and I have travelled the world and for the first time in a long time we ended up with an amazing apartment just like it said on the website. Moreover, returning from a trip to the Easter Island we used the washing machine and dryer in the 22nd floor and felt like home (even better: one can use it until11pm!).   We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The metro station is right outside the hotel and easy to use, with the city centre beng only a few stops away. There are also plenty of restaurants near by. The receptionist, Nellie, was amazing! She arranged all our tours and airport transfers. Nellie is a gracious, attentive, caring host. She even helped with last minute reservations for a tour of the Undurraga winery. Everything was clean, fresh, seemingly brand new.
