The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

  Fabulous location for the price. Just cross Bernardo o'higgins, and walk 5 minutes and you are in the main square Plaza Des Armes, and all the places that are within 15 minute soif the square. It is an apartment vs a hotel, so slightly different atmosphere, but there is an office on the 10th floor I think, and it is open 24 hours, and the staff ar... 别人怎么说 » e very helpful. We got in to our rooms early and able to arrange for our luggage to stay late, if needed. We managed to get to the square and pick up - Great value for money. Spacious accomodation, Facilities including a kitchenette are of the best quality. Wifi modem in each room , bedding is upmarket. Security is first class. Location just 2minutes from metro. Staff are very helpful . After several months in South America this hotel is the best value accommodation I experienced in any of the larger towns.
