  I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink.   Beautiful hotel, lovely neighbourhood. Facilities and food 5 star. Roof top pool and bar was a highlight with great views of city. Take the bicycles around parque metropolitan highly recommended! - The hotel has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. The staff was very helpful.   The location is perfect to make a city trip. Most important destinations can be reached by feet and the subway station is close as well. The diversity of the breakfast buffet is huge, however the "sugarwater" could be replaced by real orange juice.
