  Ms. Lorena Silva is absolutely amazing: she will always make sure everything is perfect, which in turn greatly contributes to having a perfect trip! The apartment is very close to the subway and it was easy to get around in Santiago. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff was very attentive to details, providing me information on all my destinations. The whole experience was much better
