  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive.   The great thing about the hotel is location. It's not a great hotel but for the price it's ok. It gets a lot of groups so be prepared for crowds. The did change the meats on the breakfast buffet everyday and it is enough to keep you going for the day.   Our stay was very pleasant. The guys in the office spoke English very well and were very helpful in giving us a map and helping us plan some of the sites close by. It was very conveniently located to the subway and a lot of fun shopping. It was within walking distance to lots of sites.
