  I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent.   Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood. However, after a beautiful dinner and a few drinks, we retired to our room and I lit the fire, and it provided many hours of mood - The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

  Right away the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had bikes with us and were nervous to leave them. But after they explained how the secure lock up for the bikes works and how many guests use the service, we had no problem with the "valet" service.   As an overseas traveller it was great to stay in a place with some authentic decorations, eg old snow shoes and sled etc. staff at the management company were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back - I like the location , it's cleanliness the suite and the staff.and was thrilled of the invitation of the owner but I didn't make it.
