Staff was very friendly. Met what we though was the maintenance/housekeeper when i asked for help with luggage as my wife had handsful with kids. But found out from the desk agent that it was the manager. I have never seen a manager work all day and night and he made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we had an excellent stay. The desk agent was super friendly on pointing us in the direction of a good restaurant. Beds were comfy. Rooms were good for a budget hotel we can't expect .
所有评语 » I like on how the price of the room is cheaper compare to the hotel near it. The bed is really big that it can fit for 3 people/bed. Each room has 2 king's bed and they provided free drink for every morning.(orange and apple juice). Very friendly manager. He was most helpful. Good Value. Close to SaveOn arena. Less than fifteen minute walk to Inner Harbour. Five minute walk to do downtown. Rooms were comfortable but not luxurious. Very good value. Price. Coffee, juice & muffins in lobby. Staff were always willing to accommodate if we needed anything. The hotel is under new management and they did try very hard to make our stay enjoyable. The staff is very helpful. The hotel location is close to tourist attractions in a walking or bus distance. Location for walking/ touring. Price and 3 Star quality. Friendly and accommodating. Great location, underground parking. Every thisg was good. no complains. Close to downtown. Great value. King size bed, clean bath room. The stags. The staff were friendly and courteous. The location was convenient to downtown Victoria and to the large shopping malls. We chose the motel because it is close to the curling event at the arena. Location, big beds, TV, friendly service, good wifi, free parking. Location; most staff were friendly and attentive. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated. situation. Sara who worked the front desk was definitely an asset to this motel. If it weren't for her we would have only stayed the one night. Staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very good. Room 103 was in fair condition. Secured Parking. Location. The location was great. Proximity to downtown. Location. Nothing. No free airport shuttle. We arrived early (11:30am) due to an afternoon commitment and the girl at reception seemed overwhelmed - said she was still processing check- outs. Finally we got 1 room to store our luggage. Small things were often missing - coffee pot in room but no coffee or cups, no soap in bathroom, bar for clothing but no hangers, no hair dryers although one was available at reception - nothing major, just small stuff!. 3PM check-in, though plainly acceptable. Microwave in room didn't work, had to ask twice for a new hairdryer and was awoken at 5.00am by the front desk man who entered our room for some reason or other. No complains. Lack of restaurant or breakfast facilities. Views on parking. This hotel is definitely in need of renovations. There is a stale air smell probably from old carpets and the bed linens were very worn out. I had to ask for them to be changed because of stains/hair present. No coffee in the room until the day we left. Someone had spilled a sticky liquid (maybe pop) on the arms of the chair and on the floor. We cleaned the room as best we could. There were different numbers of towels, hand towels and bathroom floor mats each day. We did not care with respect to their use but were apprehensive that we would be accused of stealing some of them. Plumbing, toilet wasn't working properly. Room wasn't cleaned during the day during our stay. Advertising of tea/coffee inroom on both website and on electronic board in lobby was not correct. There was a dirty coffee pot in room without supplies; when asked 'we're in process of removing them and only having coffee in lobby'. How hard is it to remove the coffee maker and correct the electronic board immediately to save alot of questions and excuses? Family members travelling together should be an option in b part of #1. No cleaning, all they did was make the bed. No vacuuming or wiping down of table. Will not return as it was too dirty. It's too bad as the staff was great. The noise. The room was just off the lobby. Got noise early in the day. Like rolling mop bucket on the tiles. le bruit. The place was filthy, housekeeping was spotty ..at best. The balcony was in disrepair. In one of our rooms there was hair all through the bed. Wet spot on floor, thick dust in and on tv cabinet.......need I go on. Would I stay here or recommend it to anyone? Hell no!!!!!. Noisy, bar across the street and street noise. Room wasn't vacumed. Balcony small and dirty. TV old and small. The room we had was directly abovd the underground parking gate and the pully was screeching from about 5 am. The bathroom door on the inside had several stab marks in it and looked like someone had kicked it in. Room 117 was in poor condition. Not properly cleaned, had a lingering odor, empty liquor bottle and garbage between the mattress and box spring. If the towels have brown spots that don't come out with washing then they should be used as rags not put back in the room to use. Housekeeping and maintenance very poor. Only one ice machine in the place and that was broken. Rooms tired and not very clean. One room had electrical wires hanging out of ceiling. In need of refurbishment. Desk clerk not fluent in english. Elevator hard to find - no markings. Room had coffee machine nothing to go with it. Paint and wood door peeling. Hotel smells bad - would not recommend asthma sufferer. I feel ripped off. Couldn't even get a coffe in a.m. at the desk, because that didn't work either. The rooms were not clean. Stains on sheets, the shower and bathroom was not draining. It was noisy outside. Internet was poor. Bed wasn't made, despite maid sign on the door for 12 hours in the daytime. Wall sconce broken off the wall and resting on side table. Bathroom door visibly broken with jagged wood exposed. This was rated a 3 star on the letsbookhotel.com site and it should have been a 1 star. Rooms not made up until after 6pm. Bed left completely. Not even made up when asked after 6PM. No soap left either night that we were there. Poor management attitude. Blamed poor service on being "only a 3 star Hotel". Which I thought was an ambitious statement.
