An excellent b&b run by Evan and Ron. The room was fine, the location (roughly equidistant between Downtown and Stanley Park) excellent; the breakfasts were top notch too: every day (we stayed four nights) a variation on a theme. You have to like the one-table system for breakfast: for us it was fine, and we had good, and sometimes lengthy, conversations (the appalling weather made going outside less enticing!).
所有评语 » From start to finish staff were attentive and engaging. The B&B experience was all that one might wish, excellent food and even better company from the other guests. The amenities included evening sherry, turn-down treats, and homemade pastries. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do during our stay in Vancouver. this one of the best B&B experiences - the owners truely care - this is not just about a place to stay or a relaxing home away from home but a place where you have an opportunity to meet people from all over the world sharing local travel hints over an evening sherry or over a gourmet breakfast - a little oasis. The extent to which the comfort and experience of the guest has been considered. All requrements for comfort and gastronomic interest were fully in place. The choice of furnishing and decoration which is in sympathy with the wonderfully preseved historic house, was both interesting and a pleasure to experience. The warmth of the welcome, the lovely house, the great breakfasts and the central location all made this a great place to stay. A visitor pantry meant drinks and yummy cake were available all day and the evening sherry a nice treat. Close to many good restaurants and tourist sites. Definitely recommend. From the time you arrive to the time you depart, your treated like friends not just guests. From the gourmet breakfast where you can exchange travel tips with the the accompanying guests to sipping sherry at the end of beautiful day, you'll feel very relaxed and invited here. Exquisite , historied decoration, traditional food, comfortable environment and professional servise. My daughter has been enjoying so much during that time. In one words, it is quite worth,and will be back next time surely. Excellent location for exploring the city. Amazing hospitality including a wonderful breakfast and the chance to meet people from around the world. Comfort and privacy that you just can't get at a hotel!. Evan and Ron were friendly, funny and most hospitable and helpful. Their accommodation isclean, comfortable and accessible to downtown, beach, waterfront and parks. We loved it and our hosts. Great food, good company, amazing location, free bikes, accommodating owners, and beautiful weather made for the perfect weekend getaway to Vancouver. I couldn't recommend a B&B more!. Helpful advice at booking stage. good humoured, friendly relationship with guests. Exceptional breakfasts. Convenient West End location. The facility was in perfect condition. Truly nothing negative about the experience. there was nothing we didn't like. Nothing. Nothing!. It was perfect, no complaints. It was a bit out of our budget range but all in all were glad we made the decision. It made the trip... Hot water wasn't so hot by the time we took our showers...but also wasn't freezing cold. nothing. Variation in temperature in showers. no complaints. Slow or No internet connectipn wifi.
