  The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat.   I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited - Staff was great, helpful. There was a large group/convention and the supervisor put me away from the group.

  We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. Our room was very comfortable. We were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs). Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and bath!!   I like hotel rooms with an openable window to allow fresh air. I stay in the Crowne Plaze whenever I can as it is one of very few Toronto airport hotels with this feature. - Liked the hot shower!
