  The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat.   The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation - the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings. Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all! The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out.   We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. Our room was very comfortable. We were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs). Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and bath!!   I like hotel rooms with an openable window to allow fresh air. I stay in the Crowne Plaze whenever I can as it is one of very few Toronto airport hotels with this feature. - Liked the hot shower!
