I was very happy with my stay! It was exactly what I needed...an extreamly clean room with a comfortable bed, desk, fridge, microwave, tv, couch and bathroom facilities. It wasn't fancy, but it wasn't cheap either. The staff was extreamly friendly and helpful!! And there was an ice machine on the floor!...I Stayed at a different hotel for business the weekend before that was 5x the cost and had to go down to the loby to get ice for my room! Yes...very happy with the room.
所有评语 » I was impressed with the accommodations, cleanliness and provision of everything - wifi, internet etc. It was comfortable and quiet. I was most impressed with the man and woman who were on the front desk upon registering and when we left. They were never too busy to give us their attention and help. If I am in that area again, I would definitely stay at the Deluxe. Thank you. The staff were very helpful in directions and location of nearby facilities that I needed. As I was travelling by myself they also provided safety tips for me and ensured that I was safe at all times. It's a good value for money. A clean spacious room and the hotel has a good location. It was near to several areas I wanted to visit. Moreover, I had a car so it was great that parking was free. We loved having the microwave and mini-refrigerator. The room was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival I did notice the hall carpet was just slightly worn...and it was replaced during our stay!. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a tv that gave several channel options. It was close to our destination and there was a restaurant (Cora's) and several fast food nearby. Well-located place for a quick stay in Toronto (short drive to city centre, good dining places around, etc.). Comfortable room with fast WiFi. Good value for money. Helpful staff, tons of restaurants including a 24hr grill, Tim's, Cora's, etc within walking distance. Despite being on a busy street, my room was very quiet. Location was perfect for us. Lots of amenities close by that we could walk to. The staff was friendly and answered any questions that we had. The suite room was excellent for relaxing especially when you are with your spouse. I liked the cleaniless and it was at a quite neighbourhood. The staff were helpful and pleasant, microwave/fridge are convenient and that overall value was good. The staffs are nice and patient. at least, they can comprehend my broken English. Location was very good. Fridge and microwave were very helpful. Smoking preference, and no one bothers you. i like it everything is clean and organize. Love staying here. Everything is great!!. is very quiet and nice service. Good Staff, Good Value. Get you're meal there instead of the fast food restaurants such as Burger King, Wendy's, Tim Hortons which are also located near the hotel. Fridge and microwave. Free porn channel for those that dig that. Free wifi but you must write down the password since they have multiple but small range routers which you need to login depending where you are. Parked right outside of room. Drinks at front desk, so no change required. Fridge and microwave. Burger king next door and Tim Horton's across the road. Only about 20 minutes to hospital area downtown leaving at 8:30 a.m. - cool!. location and the restaurants surrounding it , the staff was very helpfull and friendly. i will maybe use it again if the negatiefs will be adressed in the future. Room, while small was comfortable. Flat screen T.V. was nice. We needed a comfortable clean economical room for one night and the hotel fit the bill,. Location ( close to where I was working), Price was lowest. Water was hot for a good shower. Great breakfast restaurant right across the road. (Cora's). The room was reasonably clean and had a fridge and microwave which was good as we bought some food and drinks. Great location and is budget friendly. I like the big rooms but Internet was slow. Tim across the st.price. price-service relation. Location, price. Smoking rooms,. The price. The fact that we didn't go upstair with our few luggages...was a good think. One man (maybe the manager) was very professional, the other receptionist, a young man with blond hair looked as if he was dronk. Bed ok. Flat screen and tv channel ok. Near the bus 80. Tim hortons and others... near for breakfast , diner of coffee time. 1)Was three doors down from the event we were attending 2)Price was good. it was private. Close to transit. There was nothing that I didn't like, but an addition would have been the availability of open outlets near the bed. I appreciated having the alarm clock, but it would have been nice to be able to have an available plug by the bed to use for my cell phone. Actually there was nothing. Nothing, it was smoke free and very centrally located. No coffee pot in the room. No breakfast served. Food particles on the wall and cigarette burns in the sheets. it's just a motel, How can you expect more?. The bedsheet need to washed regularly and the toilet should be washed with some detergent. I also had a few hitches on the wifi. Location, but you can't complain for the price. Nothing. Nothing, it was exactly what I needed and expected. The building and the room smells like smoke and sprayed with strong air freshener which doesn't hide the smell but makes it worst. Not sure if the bed sheets and pillow covers are clean thoroughly. Fridge is set to Antarctica cold so put a water bottle inside over night and it's a solid ice the next day. Can't seem to change it the settings. I was afraid to open the microwave, it might be set to Hiroshima hot. Tub surround wasn't very clean and tub drain was plugged with months of hair clog. Disgusting. Pulled out hairball myself so we could shower. Heater runs all the time - warm then cool, never shuts off - so it's noisy all night. no elovator,it said to be non smoking but you could smell the cigarret smoke everywhere,no coffee maker in the rooms. Some street noise however after 11 P.M. it was relatively quiet and did not interfere with sleeping. Walls are very thin and the people next door were partying until 3:30 am. Even with earplugs I could not sleep. Complained to front desk and asked for change of rooms but the gentleman at the front desk said sorry there are no other rooms. He made calls to the room but it only quieted th for a short time. There was no offer of refund or discount, more of an attitude that it was my problem. The pillows on the bed were flat and not very comfortable, only one pillow each. Also the couch was worn and torn and could use some cleaning. Upgrade the rooms. Parking lot had lots of garbage around. Could use ome touch up paint jobs. not too friendly. A non-smoking room still smelled of smoke. bathtub walls was still dirty. The night staff. the location is far, the price is too much for this hotel...it is a motel certainly not a 3 stars. Room renovated but seems so old and room have bad sphere. No familial, no romantic, no friendly.... is just a motel on the road....never deserve 75dollars and 3 stars hotel. 1)burn holes in bedding 2)Non-smoking room smelt like smoke 3)I didn't sleep at all...heard too many noises from the rooms around us. Next time I will just drive the three hours home after the event. The hotel staff made me fill out her paper work and told me to park in back I have 15 mins before door is locked I took 3 mins to get there and it was already locked had to drag our bags about a block and a flight. Girl was being arrested when we arrived. It's a non smoking room but it smells bad. Showers looked like something you would find in a 3rd world country. TV had xrated channels Worst motel stay period. I have stayed in many.... We booked a non-smoking room but it smelled smoke a lot. Asked for a new room and it smelled bad as well. The 3rd time receptionist followed us too the room and said "no smoke" but it really smelled horrible. He took a strawberry smelling odor spray and sprayed a bit in the room after he left. Didn't get better.. Also they had a put a screw in the shower which where blocking the hot water. So we had too shower in cold water.. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, it was horrible.
