The staff went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I planned on leaving early in the morning before breakfast was served so the staff packed a nice little breakfast for me to take on the road! I appreciated it so much. It was so kind of them. They were all very courteous and friendly. I felt at home and welcomed!! Thanks for a lovely little getaway!. The location is great, only minted away from good stores. The staff are friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. The halls and public areas are well maintained and well lit. The breakfast is nutritious and there is more variety than other hotels. The rooms are clean, spacious and inviting.
所有评语 » We were in Sudbury for a gymnastics competition and the hotel was really close. The facilities were very clean. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast and it wasn't just breads. There were eggs, sausage or bacon, fruit, toast, cereals, juices, etc. We had a very eary checkout the was before the complementary breakfast and the staff made sure we were well taken care of for food. They were excellent. Thank you. At 3:30 am, they made us all feel like home!. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it offered a breakfast that we like. We drop our daughter off at university and like a place where we can sleep, have a quick breakfast and be on our way again. I liked the clean and quiet surroundings, We know we were not the only people in the hotel ,but it felt like we had the whole place to our selves. And the staff were terrific. The best breakfast we had in the US and Canada during our 3.5 week trip around Lake Superior and Lake Huron. Spacy breakfast room and excellent service. Great bed. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Rooms are extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent. Our stay overall was one of the best in a long time. The best part is their is nothing to dislike,great rooms,excellent breakfast,friendly staff and minutes from excellent shopping and restaurants.... The onsite breakfast included was very good, and the fact that gluten free bread was provided was a very nice extra as my wife has Celiacs(gluten allery). Great staff, bed was reasonablely comfortable. Very beautiful and clean. new and clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The temperature was not comfortable, too hot then cold. The pool was very small. Clean but small. I was disappointed when I told them that I was in Sudbury for surgery that we weren't offered a discount for that. Most of the hotels in Sudbury do offer this due to the amount of out of town travellers that use there hospital. The hotel is very close to a very busy crossing and the room's sound insulation could not cope with the hooting trucks. Having to leave that king bed..... It is all good. Elevators. There is only one and the staff is pushy in making sure they get on it. Maybe offer small pillow. All things was perfect. Nothing everything was great. Pool on the small side. There was nothing we did not like...except the elevator waits were a bit long. No negative issues to post. noisy guest in the hallway early in the morning but that isn't the hotel's fault. The pool was small and the hot tub was not the cleanest (probably due to the number of people because of a hockey tournament). Breakfast area small, crowded. I looked forward to a nice swim in the pool. I could not believe how small the pool was and it looked dirty. The fitness room should not be labelled as such as it had minimal equipment and was quite small. Not enough sound proofing between rooms. Bathroom floor grout needs be cleaned so it is all the same colour. They automatically charged my credit card and we wanted to pay cash.
