That we had room for my family and a friend - that it was so close to skytrain and lots of parking. The Buffet ran all day - changing with the times - and was delicious. Will definitely consider this for next May Long weekend stay. what wasn't there to like about this resort ? they allowed us early EARLY access to our room , the buffet breakfast included was very good & IF we ever went back out to BC we would certainly stay here.

Enjoyed a concert at hotel, then into the casino with room so close to all, beautiful comfortable and clean room. The rooms were fabulous. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping amentities well stocked and very clean. - excellent value for price - great conditions of the room, very clean - staff professional and courteous. Tramonto's Restaurant A superb dining experience. The modern, convenient., friendly environment. Breakfast incl with suite Price ex Free park. The bathroom was beautiful, room was clean. Room got upgraded to an executive suit. Overall service was great. The casino. Service, Service, more Service. Buffet was tasty and varied. Location, room design. The hotel was very clean. The food service was very good. When we first arrived they only gave us Buffet tickets for the four adults, but on checking with management he adjusted and all was OK. That our suite only had one bathroom, it could have used an extra toilet. Thre was Nothing to dislike as far as we were concerned. nothing. Will continue to stay here in the future. Prize of drinks in the casino very high, since you were already spending money in the casino. We had a bad experience with some of the casino employees. We felt they were rude when we tried to inquire about the layout. We were first timers. -not a great deal of options for tv channels, considering such a property. Bed is awful... My home mattress is better than the hotel's. It sinks your body and tires your back. Waited for half hour to get a fax from letsbookhotel.com before they can check us in even I have the confirmation email in my phone. Hair in my food at the buffet and slow reaction to correct. I bought two rooms and asked if they could be closer together, but they couldn't have been much further apart. The TV movie charge-I feel like a trap to be charged for the movies by being pressing one button. You should allow the customer to confirm the charges by pressing other button. We did not like the room location. We did not like the price of the room. We wee put on the ninth floor. We are two ladies 80 years old. When we first tried to book we were trying to book the special rate they had listed on line it was 125. per night. When we got there, they knew nothing about it.We feel we were overcharged as we ended up paying 414. for two nights. Rate too high.
