  Our host Janet was very helpful and had only just taken over the B&B. She made us very welcome and already had an excellent knowledge of the surrounding area, including local eateries and places worth visiting. The B&B lies a convenient 20 minutes car journey away from the Niagara Falls and less than 10 minutes from the town of Niagara on the Lake. - We loved our beautiful room, and the other two available rooms are also lovely. Both our room and bathroom were well appointed, spacious and immaculate. It was very quiet, on a road a ways out of town. Friendly helpful hosts, great breakfast, attention to all our dietary and comfort and travel needs. Second visit and we will be back again and recommend it to everyone.

  The service is really good and Sandi is very friendly. The location is perfect if you are visiting one of the universities. The breakfast is excellent. - I had a room with a private entrance; it was a bit more money, but worth it. Nice garden around the house. Lots of DVDs available in the room.
