  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities.   Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood.   The room we had booked was a studio loft with a kitchen, the room they checked us into at the Lizard Creek Lodge was in building 2, and it had 2 bedrooms a full living room, and a full equipped kitchen. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.
