  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. My wife and I love the Mallard Lounge late at night for a drink by the fire. It's one of those moments when we f - I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

  Despite arriving the same time as a bus tour, our check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly as were in Mantles bar/restaurant which had nice food. Room was large, bed comfortable. - The staff is very friendly. This is our second time staying at the Delta, and we loved it.   One of the highlights of our trip. The house is incredible, the rooms were extremely comfortable, the hosts were outstanding, and the breakfasts were to die for. Warren and Gary were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and their breakfasts were truly memorable (though at least one day it left me wanting to go back to bed for a nap!) The location is great too - on a quiet residential stree - Where do we start, it was an over the to experience. Loved the atmosphere, the wonderful personalities of Gary and Warren, particularly loved Mindy, just all around loved our time there, like being in a Country Cottage, only complaint was the people to the side of us the last night, very noisy throughout the night but then, that is not a big deal.
