I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. This is an airport hotel and our expectations were realistic. In fact,
they were surp[assed: we had a couple of problems which the reception
staff helped sort out+ both generously and efficiently (many thanks to
them). It's on a main drag in a largely Chinese area; there's a
big shopping mall 5-7 minutes' walk away (turn right on leaving the
hotel) and a choice of local restraurants. Parking is safe and free;
continental breakfast perfectly ok. Airport a short and easy drive away.
