  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it.   We really did get our money's worth. Huge selection of the breakfast bar which was included in the room rate. We had a couple of small issues with Internet and people smoking outside right by the entrance but both were resolved immediately. Staff were incredibly friendly. Housekeeping went looking for a different pillow for me and were very k - I very much enjoyed walking around your hotel, the atmosphere provided by the plants and the friendly staff. It was also wonderful to have breakfast included in the price of the stay -That restaurant in your hotel- can't remember the name off the top of my head- is simply amazing. I look forward to staying in Lethbridge at the Lethbridge Lodge again when I am lucky enough to be in town.

The entire staff was great, but those two reall - We stayed in the new addition - the beds were very comfortable; the room layout was excellent - having the fridge and microwave separated by a wall with a window that let natural light into a corner that otherwise could have been very dark; glassware and pottery mugs were provided instead of plastic; the breakfast provided was better than expected - not just day old muffins and apples; the wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly.
