  I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

  It is a nice place to be, and the hotel is not far from the city. We always drove and parked in the city and walked all the streets. - the car was right outside our door the staff helped so quickly with problems with our email. Over-all friendly. Lovely breakfast!

  The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. I did not feel afraid to walk around barefoot in the room (being new helped). We had a power failure that lasted over 2 hours. It would have been nice to have emergency safety lights in the rooms.
