the room was clean and appealing. the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was stocked well for immediate use . I liked having a laundry facility in the basement and being close to the conferences and parliament buildings. the bathroom was clean and easy access to wifi for working. Lovely quirky French style studio apartment right close to town centre. Basic but clean and comfortable. All you need for a base to explore. Had to climb two flights of stairs so not for the elderly or pushchairs so ask for ground floor if possible.

We really enjoyed this apartment-hotel. It was perfect for our needs and the location was perfect. Great location within the old city. Very quiet being an internal apartment. The location was great, in the old town, but quiet and comfortable. We had privacy, cozy comfort, and you can't beat the location. Everything....but especially that it was quiet. Location was superb. Wifi worked well. Location Modern decor Convenience. Great location, clean and cozy!. Location. We enjoyed the comfort of a sitting room and table and chairs to have food in our room. The housekeeping items such as frying pans, can opener, and wine puller were nice, though we didn't need most of the other items. Location just within the walls of the Old City. Towels should be delivered every second day not every 4 days. nothing all good I guess no lift would be a problem for some people but it was all part of the experience. Very French. The only thing that was missing is paper towels and napkins, which would have been very useful for cooking food in the apartment. No parking, but that wasn't really a big deal. The unit we had was quite dark. It needed another lamp or two in the sitting area. Parking was quite expensive, no parking at the house but really not a problem, not far away and expected. There was no one there to help us understand local parking, and we racked up quite a few parking tickets. We only used the stove once to heat some soup. If I was to do some serious cooking during an extended stay, I would prefer a gas stove, but this is a really small issue. Would have like a more comfortable set up to read in the evenings. The stairs and difficulty parking outside to unload cases. Stairs. The two flights of stairs were tough on our 77+ year-old bones. I thought the room should be supplied with small comforts such as tea bags, coffee and sugar packets, napkins, a person on site to assist in locating interesting places to visit. The information center was quite good, however, we needed to find it. This is more like a rented apartment or a b & b without breakfast. Room on the 3f is a real hike up the steep narrow staircase. There is no one to help with info etc. Had to get the bed spreads and pillow cases changed upon arrival. They sure seemed like someone else had used them. No parking on the street. Park in the govt underground parking lot 8 mins away @ $18/day.
