  The staff at the hotel and spa were outstanding. I have never received this level of service in my travels. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. We arrived late due to stormy weather. After getting checked in we went to the restaurant for snacks and drinks. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no additional charge.   We like to go to the Pillar-n-Post at least once a year from the USA. It has become our destination for our wedding anniversary celebration (this year makes 42 yrs.). It is very restful, serene,clean rooms and everything is nearby for shopping or eating or wine tasting!
