It was a nice hotel the room was clean,the beds were soft, it was walking distance from magnolia a nice chinese resturant, it was a close walk to the 40 mall outlet,. Rooms newly renovated, very clean with cable boxes, got to watch the blue jay game which I couldn't do when I stayed at other motels. Have stayed here previously. Was bought by new owner. They have remodeled the rooms and is very clean.
所有评语 » Beautiful large lcd tv with full cable, not just basic, large clean room. Very good staff, they are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean very spacious, well maintained. it was exactly what we wanted for the price. Price, pool and location. Lots of parking space. Friendly staff. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was ok (instant coffee, toast, muffins, pastries,...), we had to tell the staff to open the breakfast- room for us; good value for money! for supper/dinner: near by there is a chinese restaurant "magnolia" very good food and cheap;. price ok. Niagara Falls is a must see for any traveler. The pool was warm and large and clean. Good and quit hotel. Bathroom was new. The price. Nothing this place was horrible. Found needles under the bed when I checked out...also checked out a day early and they refused to refund.....Never send anyone to this dump. Electical didn't work and they didn't know how to fix it....a joke. Disgusting. Location opposite a nice restaurant. Free wifi. it was close to the Falls, that"s it !!!!!!. Nothing , it was terrible. Nothing. Nothing. It was a little far from center street if you dont have a car, the hotel room was very clea, but the bathroom had some cob webs. Breakfast room not open (disappointment). pool still wasn't open. The swimming pool was not functional. The person at the main desk really needs some help. We had to wait for at least 30 mins before we got the key. So many people walking, all the phones ringing at the same time. noisey. No lock in the washroom. Breakfast should be better. booked 3 separate rooms, they tried to givr us an apartment with three bedrooms and one bathroom , not suitable for three couples. had to pay extra to get the separate rooms we booked. Breakfast was not at par. Probably better to go in Autumn when crowds are down and leaves are starting to change. Town itself is about as tacky as they come but has always been that way. Police where there when we checked in to remove a monthly tenant they did not pay her rent and someone came in swearing about the tenant. also under construction. Workers stayed there and Partied all night by the pool. But where not a problem for us.they where friendly enough. We also saw a rat buy the dumpster which was near our room. Yuck!. Bad smell, duvet cleanliness was questionable. The way the building looks and the maintenance, needs some painting and take care of some damaged parts. Rooms very tired and in need of refurbishment (decor was very 70's); mat in the room was clearly from a deli! Breakfast awful - all breads and donuts in a hot room not big enough for the guests. Room smells moisture, none of the windows can be opened, washroom dirty, plenty of webspiders. one small soap for 3 people . WiFi hardly to get connected, breakfast very poor. Bedsheets does not smell fresh, the room was not cleaned and done the next day, I do not know why ??????. Very dirty could not sleep young people parting all night making a nuisance of theirselves I will never stay there again . Breakfast was disgusting we went elsewhere for breakfast. There was no internet in the rooms, the room was not done during the three days we stay there, washroom was very dirty, the sheets were not clean either, Breakfast was just coffee and bread, (and coke). We did not like it, very expensive for what it was, We paid 160$ per night. Not going back there. Everything. Very disrispectful, gave us a dirty room, holes on the walls, dirty carpet. Will not go back nor recommand to anyone. Disgusting- shouldn't be in operation. No good service. Sever smoke smell in non smoking room. Breakfast from 7 am to 8 am !. The motel was a dump. Changed rooms twice. There was stains on the floor and beds and the toilet did not work. It smelled horrible. There were too many people partying. no blanket bed. dirty bed cover. slow drain, no wifi.
