We loved our stay in this hotel! We got a room with a private bathroom, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel's staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great - was close to everything we needed in downtown. The price was great too! I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again next time we are in Victoria.

Last year I stayed at a B&B and we paid $250 a night and I didn't like the breakfast or the room. I stayed sept 7 one night at Super 8 and I liked it, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was great. We were a group of 14 people staying in this motel for one night. Everyone in the group was satisfied for the amount we paid. Despite some of the reviews we read before saying that there's a bad smell around, non of us had such an experience. Maybe we were lucky, or the problem has been solved somehow. Friendly service. Requested items promptly supplied. Building is older wood construction, but room was clean. Bathroom was newly refurbished and clean. Free wifi worked well. Starbucks is around the corner. Dennys and at least 2 other restaurants are within 2 blocks. Close to bus stops, but located on a quiet street - no traffic noise at night. Owners very helpful.
