  Warm,friendly, helpful staff that were understandably proud of their lovely city. So appreciative of the folks at the Front Desk. Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. - Everything!
