  hostess very friendly and helpfull - good location to city (new 10min ,old 20min pleasant walk) ,subway (3min - one block) ,general stores and small reastaurants (in the neighborhood) - free parking - inroom kitchen (really liked the kitchen [daughter]) - Downtown location, kitchen and balcony in the suite.

  The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming with all guests. The hotel was clean and rooms were tidy. The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice.   We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. We stayed in one of the larger rooms across the street from the main hotel and really loved our room.
