The apartment was very clean / felt like new and spacious. Beautiful view of the lake and the city airport! Kitchen was equipped to the brim. I liked the personal touch at check in with a handwritten note and complimentary chocolate... I think this would be a good place for me to stay when I come to Toronto with my family next time, since the apartment was large and comfortable.

The best furnished apartment I ever stayed in. Very clean apartment nicely furnished. Checkin /checkout were extremely convenient as per instruction very helpful staff. 4 of us were very comfortable I would always stay with trillium suites in Toronto.

Royal stay was an amazing place to stay! Extremely clean apartment well presented, nice environment, friendly and very helpful owners, security always around so it felt safe which helps when your abroad, great location as public transport not too far away and very close to some of the main attractions in Toronto. Definitely recommend staying here

Great apartment.great facilities ie cooking, gym,rooftop garden with barbaque facilites,large jacussi,snooker & internet rooms available for use. Wifi and phone were also in our apartment.royal stays staff were easy contactable and v.pleasant & helpful.highly recommended as central to everything
