  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest.   Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.   Location, staff's disposition, parking, cleaness. I read the good reviews and booked it. Then I read the bad ones and had second thoughts. My experience was the total opposite of the comments I read in the bad reviews. No problem with the room, got a free upgrade, no smoking smell (and we had 1 baby and 1 toddler so you can figure we needed a cle... 别人怎么说 » an smoke-free room). Location is fantastic, parking on site, and the owner was very friendly and willing to provide all information. We lost 1 of the - Reasonably priced, centrally located, quiet, comfortable bedding and two pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do. Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going. Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not necessary to get around in town. Also used Bus transit pass with tours pkg.purchase

I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening !   Excellent service and very friendly staff. The room was good and clean. Breakfast on the balcony was leisurely and good value. It arrived at the pre requested time. The bed was comfy, towels clean, dressing gowns and slippers provided and all facilities were as described. The b and b is only a short walk to the main attractions.
