Excellent location, walking distance to a variety of stores -Urban Fare and Save-On Foods, Starbucks; 5 minute walk to a well groomed beach that has wheel chair access into the water, children's playground area, and picnic tables with grass area. Hotel is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Staff are all very pleasant. We enjoyed the ability to prepare our own meals in the suite and sit out on the deck to eat. We also enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub. Free internet access in the.
所有评语 » The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to parks, beaches, and a cute village of shops and restaurants. There was also a large shopping centre across the street with a very good grocery store. Our room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Tables and chairs on the terrace outside our room were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the huge outdoor pool. There was also a hot tub and an indoor pool which we did not use. This place had two pools and two hot tubs, one inside and one outside, and they were both in great shape. The lay out of the place keeps it from being congested, and over the course of our stay felt very comfortable and private. The rooms were great, and the kitchen was nice to have, as we had a home cooked breakfast of local foods the next morning on our beautiful balcony, perfect morning!. We had a great poolside suite and loved that we were able to cook in our suite and BBQ in the backyard. There were lots of restaurants, groceries and other great stores right across the street and the beach was within a couple blocks walking distance. We were also impressed with the cleaning staff, very friendly and efficient. Neighbourhood of Mission is perfect blend of quiet & nature , yet close to unique shops & restaurants. Within walking distance of beach! We enjoyed the kitchen area, especially with groceries at Urban Fare right across the street! Very enjoyable stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable. We found it extremely quiet which was good. One could have breakfast outside of the suite as there were picnic tables located on the deck area which was an added bonus than eating inside. The staff, the room was clean, spacious, and appreciated having a table, chairs and umbrella outside the room to have refreshments and enjoy the sunshine instead of having to sit inside. We had a great experience with Siesta suites! It was very clean and has a great location!! Nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool. We would definitely recommend this motel to people!. The facility is not new, but it is well maintained and clean. It was a nice surprise at how well it has been taken care of. We had a nice private area outside as well. Very nice. Kitchen in room great for families. 2 supermarkets across the street as well as coffee shop and liquour store Indoor and outdoor pool. Beach 5 minute walk. safe on food is just opposite of the motel. Walking distance to McDonald, Original Jose, Safeonfood. Near to mall yet quiet at night. Staff were great, room was clean and spacious; overall great value for the awesome rate we got on a two bedroom with kitchen!. Great location for hospital visit. Close and handy to facilities for food etc. A real good place to stay. Close to grocery store which was great for us. Well appointed suite; tight management; close to a variety of grocery stores, lake beaches and wineries. Staff responsiveness, attention to customer's needs, and the location - very hard to beat. The bed Quietness The Fitness Center Full Fridge- Full Stove - though I needed neither. The separate bedroom and the hide a bed with a small kitchette worked well for us. The outdoor pool, access to outside , opening windows, location, value for money. kitchenettes and balcony/table allowing to cook and relax in comfort of room. Nice atmosphere and quiet surroundings with allot of amenities nearby. Free WIFI, good location to downtown. close to shopping and dining. Loved being able to sit outside on the upper deck. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Pool and outside deck sitting. All in all a nice hotel. Clean and funtional, quiet and a decent price. Very Clean and good location. Location was good. location, pools. Clean!. The staff were OK but a bit cool and detached in their interactions with us. We didn't stay in Kelowna more than one night, so I feel a longer stay would have been very good as well. My only complaint was the shower water temperature wasn't consistent. I would highly recommend this property - liked everything about it. The bedside clock had been set for a midnight alarm. We were not sure if cleaning the area had accidentally set it but we couldn't turn it off. When we did it happened the 2nd night so we eventually unplugged it. there was nothing to dislike. The only thing I found was I needed a baking sheet in the kitchen to cool with, but everything was great!. We were there when the weather was not warm enough to go in the inviting looking pools. No bbq tools but free use of bbq. Place a bit dated but works well. Nothing to change room was clean remodeled and well equiped. AOK. There was no colander for straining pasta. The eating seating area only had room for two. There was a distinct lack of garbage cans in the room and in and around the property. Back bedroom needs a ceiling fan or air-conditioning. Beside a very busy road. A 20.00 preauthorization surcharge at check in time for anticipated phone charges.Management stated this is city wide in Kelowna. Kelona is the only city I have encountered this. Make sure you refuse this,politely, of course. That the Fitness Center was not open til 9 a.m. - I normally work out early and had to be on the road by 8:30. A 6 or 7 a.m. access would have made the stay excellent. The hot tub wasn't very hot. Thought it was all good. being charged to send a fax seems it should be a "little extra" customer service?. It was older but well taken care of and very clean. Can't think of anything I didn't like. The fact that, reserving via the website, I was not informed of the medical discount available at this hotel as I was visiting a relative in the local hospital. Should have been informed. nothing. We didn't see a elevator, would have been easier than lugging bags upstairs. being a smoker on the second floor had to go quite a ways to have a smoke but totally understand. noisy bathroom fan. No assigned parking for suites. There should be a parking spot for the suites. front desk folks seemed indifferent. An antiseptic smell when you opened the door to the room. could have come with breakfast. the coffee in the room was not good. nothing. The room had a distintly unpleasant odor. I had to purchase scented candles and a room air freshener. By the end of our stay the rooms were much more pleasant. Air conditioner didnt work good enough to keep separate bedroom cool some nights. The reception staff weren't exactly friendly. Hotel is quite old and could use somewhat of a renovation. Very basic and thought it was over priced.
