Hotel very well located downtown. Nice view of the mountains. Room very clean and fancy.
Big plasma Tv screen. Near, you have restaurants, grocery store, laundrymat (very practical) if you spend more than a week in Jasper. Via Rail and Greyhound station is 2 minutes walk.
Tourism office is very near as well. Hotel has a resto-bistro as well. Room

Although we had to use a shared toilet and tub/shower for the floor, I never ran into anyone else in there, so it actually wasn't a big deal. The room and washroom were both very clean. I was worried because there was no air conditioning (in August), but there was a big window that could be opened and a fan over the bed, and I slept very comfortably. The price was also very good for peak time in Jasper.
