The Inn is in Haines Junction and is a "Must Stay" for the traveller who wants quality at a reasonable price. The little details make staying at the Inn a positive event...you get what you pay for and more. The breakfast amenities allow you to have a reasonable breakfast in the room that you prepare with the provided cereals, milk, English type muffin, jam packets, fresh fruit and juices. If you prefer, you can cook your own meals with kitchen wares provides...something we did take advantage.
所有评语 » While not eye catching from the outside, the rooms were wonderful. The owner checked us in and he showed us to our room and gave us a personal tour including the kitchen, bathroom, etc. He showed us the stocked refrigerator which had all we needed for a complete breakfast including, eggs, juice, milk, cereal, English muffins, coffee & tea. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated. All in all, it was a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Would stay there again and highly recommend . We we extremely impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the Parkside Inn. The room was large and very attractively decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. A great selection of breakfast items was waiting in the fridge. The owners went the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable and well looked after! We enjoyed pretty much every aspect of our stay at Parkside Inn, from the relaxed drinks in the sun out on the deck, to the fine quality linens and very well equipped kitchen. Vicky gave us a great recommendation for dinner (pizza just across the street), and tourist information too. Thoroughly recommended and should we go to Haines Junction again would definitely stay there. A nice couple has recently built 5 wonderful units with lots of pride of ownership. Everything is clean and first class--hardwood floors, flat screen TV, huge comfortable bed, hardwood cabinets, fridge, microwave. They even provide pots and pans, and breakfast foods in the room. The nicest place we stayed on our trip. It definitely exceeded my expectations. It was clean and very comfortable stay. It's nice to have a small kitchen to cook your meal, they even provided you with eggs, bread and etc to cook with. It really was a good pick for us to stay in that place. Recommend it to anyone planning on staying at haines junction. We had to check in late and the management actually stayed the night on premises so we could keep our reservation! Our room was beautiful, modern, comfortable, luxurious, and far exceeded our expectations. We didn't want to leave! I would defintally recommend it and would go back in a heart beat. Very comfortable and loved the kitchen set-up with breakfast fixings in the room. The proprietors gave me a tour of the room and showed me how everything worked. Very nice couple and felt right at home. Almost didn't want to leave!. Excellent facility! The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. One of the best rooms we have ever spent the night in. The manager was most helpful. We highly recommend this Inn. New, very large, clean room with a great kitchenette. They provide a self-catered breakfast - 2 eggs, scone with butter & jam, cereal, fresh milk, coffee & tea. Very bright, cheerful, comfortable room with hardwood flooring. All the basics for a good breakfast were available in the kitchen. Very pleasant owner/manager. The room was decorated nicely and felt very inviting. We were provided with everything we needed to stay comfortably, and the room was incredibly clean. Location, very friendly owner, room was the best we have stayed in for our whole 9000 km trip to Alaska and back, we enjoyed the Keurig coffee. -The bed is comfortable. -The room is new and clean. -It is nice to have a kitchenette. -The view of the hotel was amazing. clean, updated, tasteful, nice kitchenette with everything you need and great breakfast provisions. Breakfast was included as a cook your own and wash up. small,intimate,very clean,all that we needed after long drive. Friendly owner. Very clean. Breakfast style very unique. Absolutely clean and beautifully decorated. Very new, clean, and comfortable. near to Kluane National Park. Area, wild, natural. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. Did not get to stay in the place longer than a day. Checkout early means nobody is in the office. Leaving the key in the room is risky since the doors don't lock without the key. I'd recommend the owners add doors that lock without needing a key for the deadbolt. Nothing. No other facilities but this is common in Haines Junction. The mosquitoes in the evening were very bad outside. We had to wear our net head gear!. There is nothing that we didn't like and will certainly stay there in the near future. tv did not work but who needs news when on vacation. No iron or ironing board. Could not contact by phone after 7:30. Need instructions in room of how to operate TV. Our only complaint was the lack of available stores to buy any groceries and the in offered ktchnette priviledges. They have a no pet policy, but it was not stated on the web site, or at the physical site. I recommended that they disclose the policy both on the website and with a sign outside (near their no smoking sign). Lousy weather.
