Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. We ate dinner at the Redwater Grill inside the hotel, service was excellent, food delicious, we highly recommend this hotel.
所有评语 » Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!. the staffs at the Holman's were excellent, very friendly and very accomodating. the room was very clean and the bed was very comforatble bed. I love the food and the servers at the restaurant attached to the hotel. i had a wonderful experience and will defintiely would stay at the Holman Grand Hotel again. Liked everything about the hotel. Great location at the heart of Charlottetown (walk to everything). Great view of the water. New, clean, comfortable beds, nice. I would recommend it - and I would stay here again. The check-in staff was very friendly and ready to do an extra effort. The room was really comfortable, quiet and offered a great view on the city. We spontaneously booked a second night. The location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants, harbour, etc., was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, bright, with comfortable beds. As a Hilton Diamond member and as a Marriott Platinum member, I can say this is a GREAT hotel with GREAT service. Even if I looked for a minus u couldn't find one. Restaurant closed too early on weeknights. We wanted to have a meal at 10:00 and the kitchen was closed. The rooms were nice, but a bit cramped for a family of 3. Loved it all. Rooms are very small, not very practical ; not worth the money. The restaurant staff was totally disorganized , not knowledgable ; our breakfast was cold.Not worth the money,would not eat there again. No parking in the city anywhere! See-through bathroom doors did not work for me. Animals being accepted + bathroom door having a window. No breakfast included. The restaurant was very expensive and the quality of the food wasn't great IMO. The sound of the AC/heat in the room was annoying. The maid didn't clean my room properly during my stay. Parking only available via valet ($$) or parking garage ($) two blocks away. Ensuite bath was clean and updated but did not have a bathtub. I read the description to mean the room had a full bath and my wife was very disappointed. Staff was unable? to upgrade or change to room with a bath. Very confused. Enjoyed our stay but that was disappointing miss. This is one of the most expensive hotels in Charlottetown and I found the fact that it did not have slippers in the room -- very irritating especially when I went to the bathroom at night. Most of my shoes were lace-ups. Decor Feels a bit stark, not a lot of personality to it. I like the modern clean look but the decor felt like it was missing something. Also a bit strange not to have a dresser in the room for clothes. There was a small one in the closet but that was it. I didn't like I was quoted a price of 233.75 and was charged 275.00. The staff was not professional. There service was not up to the caliber of the property. Having stayed at many high end hotels I was not happy with the level of service I received. Not enough drawers for clothing storage, no bathtub,thought the room poorly designed.The air conditioning was very loud. I would not return to this hotel. Terribly overpriced.
