Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool. Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces. The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable. There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get? The rates were reasonable too! Loved it!   The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.
