  The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & ... 别人怎么说 » cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime.   The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal.   The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! - This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

  Wasn't to sure about the quality when I checked in. The lobby was dated, and looking old. When I got to my room it was quite a pleasant surprise!!! I rented a king room deluxe which was the same price as a queen. The room was huge!!!   By the time we checked in, it was midnight and we just need a clean room with nice and comfy bed to lie down. And we were not disappointed. The room was clean, cool and have nice and comfy beds . It was rather unusual when we found that the room does not have microwave although we were informed earlier that the - We liked the fridge and microwave in the room since we stayed for a week it was nice to have some quick meals in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The food was excellent at the Steels restaurant and reasonably priced.
