  We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it.   The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime.   This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous.   The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! - This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

  I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
