great value for money. Right next to a large shopping centre means that everything is accessible, including an affordable food court. I liked that the pool was in the main lobby. It looked good, was indoors, and you weren't bothering anyone by swimming late. Easy access to restaurants and across the street from a large shopping mall. I asked for a quiet room and the staff obliged me - had a VERY quiet room and didn't hear any noise from the large wedding party staying at the hotel.
所有评语 » Upgraded to a suite because it was my boyfriends birthday. Ended up being the best birthday hes had thanks to the facilities the hotel provided. I was very pleased by the service and will definitely stay again!. Rooms are very comfortable with good amenities. Convenient to shopping and several restaurants. Speedy and efficient check-in and check-out. Free wi-fi. I can't understand why the rates are so low for this place. Its in prime location and its kept beautifully. Its the best value I've had for my money. I liked everything about the hotel - staff were more than efficient helpfull and friendly just what you need in a strange country. I like the situation. it's close to the mall and everything. it's very clean but the shower was not very good. needs upgrade. The location was good, the service spot on and the place was clean and in good repair. That everything was close by and we were able to check in earlier. clean hotel and rooms, ease of check in, close to shopping. Staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The location is good for business people. Location. They changed the breakfast room service hours while I was staying with them, but didnt change the information in my room. I called 1 minute late by their new times and missed out on breakfast. Very frustrating!. The suite had a water bottle that aparantly we had to pay for on check out, that was odd considering that the water was in the room.. The signage for the hotel is not up so it is not clear that it is the Hotel Bramalea. The guy at the front desk was not able to provide me with an extra glass despite empty rooms and I would think for such a huge hotel they would always have extra glasses on hand? But I'll chalk that up to the individual and not a negative check against the establishment. The pool is open to viewing from anyone walking into the hotel. There were no food services on the weekend. It would've been nice to check out a tad later. The bathroom and bathtub wasn't cleaned well. A few messages was left at reception for me and was never given or was I told, so I missed friend who came from ny. Older decor/cleanliness. staff apart from nikolas. The lobby smells of chlorine and hearing traffic in my room. I found the furniture a nicked up.All in all a great stay. First thing I noticed when we walked into the room was that the toilet water was still running. I had to take off the water tank cover and fix the problem. Yes I could have called down to have the problem fixed but it was something small so I didn't bother. The shower head a piece loose which is a easy fix but wasn't done. Their were also holes in the bed sheets. Pictures of the room make the room look bigger then it actually is. That the shuttle to over an hour to get me, that the sauna was out of order and that it seemed a little filthy over all. bathroom was musty smelling, and the vent in the bedroom area was very rusty and dirty. Room had water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. Bed was a bit hard. I had a room facing the road which was noisy. Couldnt accomadate late checkout. The service and the connection between hotel and letsbookhotel.com. The noise People drunk and still parting at 4:30 in the morning. The staff did nothing until finally got dressed and went down stairs and complaned. 3 hours later the hotel was evacuated for a fire alarm Same people smoking in rooms. Total of 3 hours of broken sleep. No compensation for night. The worst hotel stay of my life.
