  The receptionist was very nice and answered all our questions, had a good english and a nice smile. The room was large and clean, the breakfast was ok. There was an underground parking, so, if it's not very crowded (as it is pretty small - around 15 cars) it is relaxing to not warry about your car. - The staff is really nice, speak English and a... 别人怎么说 » re very helpful.   Having previously lived in Bulgaria, I know what represents value for money there - and Hotel Bela Neda certainly offers that! Set amidst the quaint cobbles of the 'old town', you're still only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the centre. I will definitely be booking again when I next return to VT! - the hotel is on a side street, in an older neighborhood (stone paved narrow streets) and therefore it was a quiet location. The hotel has a small grass garden in which my kids played a lot. while strolling in the old part of town it I enjoyed the architecture of old houses, crowded and small giving an unique feeling of an authentic old region.
